JUNEM Jewelry is a boutique studio for handmade jewelry, offering custom-made and meticulously produced jewelry.

Order processing and delivery time:

• Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. It is not an off-the-shelf product.

• Standard order preparation time: up to 30 business days.

• For customized orders (such as engraving, inlay upon request, special size) – preparation time: up to 37 business days.

• Delivery time with a courier to your home: 3–7 additional business days.

• Total maximum delivery time: Up to 37 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and holiday eves).

In the event of an unusual delay, the client will be notified and an alternative solution will be offered at the studio's discretion.

If the order is for an important date (such as a birthday or event), please specify this when ordering and contact customer service in advance to check the possibility of advance preparation.

Shipping methods:

• Home delivery – at a cost of 50 NIS.

• Self-pickup from Ramat Gan (by prior arrangement only) – free of charge.

• Overseas shipments – according to the destination and Israel Post rates.

• Free shipping on purchases starting at 1,000 shekels.

Unsuccessful delivery attempt:

If the courier arrived at the address and was not present, a second attempt will be arranged for an additional fee. The new delivery time will be recalculated.

Limitation of Liability:

The studio is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as delays with shipping providers, strikes, extreme weather, postal congestion or force majeure.
