JUNEM Jewelry strives for the complete satisfaction of its customers, while ensuring transparency and legal protection in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Transaction cancellation:

In accordance with the law, a transaction may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

• The item was not used.

• The item is in its original packaging and in new condition.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is available.

• The product is not a personally designed or customized piece of jewelry (size, engraving, inlay, etc.).

Refund:

• Will only be given after the product has been returned to the studio and inspected.

• Will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

• A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS will be deducted - whichever is lower.

• No refund will be given for the shipping cost.

• Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days from the date the product is received at the studio.

• The responsibility for return shipping to the studio lies with the customer.

Replacements:

• Jewelry can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

• The exchange is subject to inspection and stock availability.

• For customized orders – there may be an additional fee and additional preparation time.

• Exchange via courier incurs an additional fee.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made jewelry (special sizes, engraving, inlays on demand).

• Jewelry that has been used or damaged after purchase.

• Jewelry purchased on sale – if so specified at the time of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process:

Please contact customer service by email or message with the following details:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for request

After confirmation from us, the product must be sent to the address provided. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will contact you to process the refund or exchange.
